On the morning of September 8, the opening ceremony of the 2nd "Haoxin Cup" National Printmaking Creation Exhibition was held in Maoming. The event showcased 151 print works by artists from across the country, and the exhibition will run until September 19.

This year's "Haoxin Cup" National Printmaking Creation Exhibition received a total of 1,120 submissions. After the initial review, 287 works were shortlisted. Following evaluation by the expert jury, works such as "Pillars of the Nation (I)" stood out. The results included one Grand Prize, five Excellence Awards, ten Outstanding Awards, twenty Merit Awards, and 115 Exhibition Awards, totaling 151 awarded works (or groups of works).

"Pillars of the Nation (I)" was awarded the Grand Prize of the exhibition.
Printmaking is widely appreciated in Maoming, where the legacy of Gaozhou woodblock prints continues alongside many contemporary masterpieces that use Maoming as their theme and employ printmaking to express reflections and praise for the new era.

The event facilitated partnerships between artists and enterprises, bringing printmaking closer to people's daily lives.

Gifts of "Maoming Printmaking Overview" and "2nd Haoxin Cup Exhibition Collection" were presented to relevant units.
