Italian ensemble Trio La Serénade presents an evening of classical music and traditional folk songs from across Europe. Combining voice, guitar and flute, the trio is known for blending Italian classical music, bel canto and folk traditions in performances that are both elegant and accessible.
The programme features Italian opera, Neapolitan songs and folk melodies from Britain, Ireland and Scotland, alongside familiar pieces such as Jasmine Flower. Inspired by a true story, the dance drama follows the contrasting lives of a Tibetan mother and her children across two generations. As their family story unfolds, audiences witness the profound changes that have shaped life in Xizang. Blending traditional Tibetan dance with contemporary choreography, the performance features powerful performances and emotionally driven storytelling.
