Liwan District
Bai'etan MixC (白鹅潭万象城)
Guangzhou's first MixC mall will open this autumn in the heart of the Bai'etan Central Business Zone. The mixed-use development will bring together retail, apartments and a riverside park.
Designed by international architecture firm KPF, the mall will feature a 250-meter-high tower and an iconic diamond-shaped skylight. Flagship, specialty and debut stores will account for 60 percent of the mall's retail mix.
