Chaoren Park (潮人公园), a new landmark in Chaozhou, South China's Guangdong Province, officially opened on the morning of January 3. Since its partial opening in 2025, it has attracted up to 50,000 visitors per day during its trial run, becoming a popular destination for experiencing Teochew culture.

Covering about 400 mu (approximately 27 hectares), the park combines natural landscapes, cultural arts, trendy attractions, and leisure facilities, providing a vibrant hub for community life and recreation.

The opening ceremony featured a landmark porcelain phoenix sculpture, created over three years and reflecting Chaozhou's identity as the "City of the Phoenix" and a ceramics hub. Throughout the park, visitors can see ceramic camellias, traditional Teochew architecture, and inlaid porcelain, showcasing technology, art, and local culture.

The park offers 28 attractions, including a pedestrian street, flower fields, wetlands, Teochew-style gardens, a plant maze, and a water park, as well as the upcoming whale underwater world. Selected facilities—such as the water park, sightseeing vehicles, parking, and the whale underwater world—charge fees, while most areas remain free to support sustainable operations.

Looking ahead, the park will host themed events for festivals and visitors throughout the year, further enriching Chaozhou's cultural life.
