MIXC VILLAGE, a seaside outlet in Dongguan's Binhaiwan Bay Area, is among seven Dongguan projects on the fourth "Cantonese New Trends" list, released recently by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangdong Province. The list recognizes popular cultural-tourism venues with innovative business models.

MIXC VILLAGE is CR Mixc Lifestyle's first resort-style premium outlet. Spanning approximately 100,000 square meters, it features Italian-designed white coastal-style blocks and a hybrid layout of "inner open-air blocks plus an outer-ring shopping mall". Attractions include a 1,200-square-meter special-effects water show, an artificial beach, a skate park, a pet-friendly park and a children's playground.

MIXC VILLAGE hosts over 200 brands, including 35 first-in-China outlet stores and 78 making their South China outlet debut. Its offerings range from luxury brands and outdoor sports to themed dining, premium supermarkets, bookstores and family- and pet-friendly facilities. Linked to nearby attractions such as Binhai Bidao, Binhaiwan Huahaili Flower Park and Dongbao Park, it offers a one-stop experience combining shopping, seaside sightseeing, leisure and holiday experiences, filling a gap in high-quality cultural-tourism retail offerings in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

In its first eight months, MIXC VILLAGE received 5.2 million visits and generated over 100 million media impressions. It ranks first on local shopping review charts in Dongguan and has become a popular weekend getaway for residents of Dongguan, Shenzhen and the wider Greater Bay Area.
