As the autumn equinox approaches, the "Reclining Buddha Holding the Sun" phenomenon has entered its viewing season at Xinghu National Wetland Park in Xinghu Scenic Area, Zhaoqing, Guangdong.
Around the spring and autumn equinoxes each year, the setting sun appears to settle between the "lips" of the Buddha-shaped mountain on Guanfo Island, creating a scene of golden light, shimmering water and mountain silhouettes.
