A special event titled "My Canton Fair Story" sharing session took place in the afternoon on October 25 at the Canton Fair Complex during the ongoing 138th Canton Fair (Oct 15-Nov 4). The session brought together a diverse group of international buyers and Chinese exhibitors to deliver heartfelt stories with Guangdong and profound insights into the transformative power of the Canton Fair.
During the story sharing session, Leo Chan, Global Promotion Ambassador of INFO Guangdong and also executive director of Asia Chamber of America, praised Guangdong as a prime destination for business, citing its "a lot of opportunities" across diverse sectors and a "very, very business-friendly" environment.
"I love Guangdong very much. It has great infrastructure and a very convenient location and transportation system that helps me commute easily between other major business regions such as Hong Kong, China."
Leo Chan said Guangdong is very business-friendly and he invited anybody who wants to check out business to explore in Guangdong, citing his own investment venture in Zhongshan city.
When it comes to supporting this influx of visitors and investors, he endorsed the INFO Guangdong platform.
"INFO Guangdong can provide us with those local Information, say, for example, hospitals that are friendly to foreigners and also schools that would accept foreign international students," he stated.
"I'm sure you can find something useful for your experience in Guangdong."
