Over the next few days, much of Guangdong is expected to experience high temperatures accompanied by thunderstorms. According to the Guangdong Meteorological Observatory, most cities and counties across the province will record highs of 35°C to 38°C, with isolated afternoon thundershowers. During the storms, some areas may experience brief gusts of up to force 8.
