As the 138th Canton Fair unfolds (Oct 15-Nov 4), a special event titled "My Canton Fair Story" sharing session is set to take place on October 25, 2025. This session will bring together a diverse group of international buyers and Chinese exhibitors to share their unique experiences and insights, showcasing how the Canton Fair serves as a vital bridge for global trade, friendship, and innovation.
This event is hosted by the China Foreign Trade Centre and the Information Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province, and organized by South, the International Communication Center of Nanfang Media Group (Nanfang Daily).
Guangdong has launched four international communication platforms since July, among which INFO Guangdong serves as the official channel for updates, releasing key highlights and service information related to the session.
During the 138th Canton Fair, INFO Guangdong has launched a series of information services tailored to overseas buyers, providing free one-day metro tickets and bilingual resources, including the Guangdong Facts 2025 handbook, at high-traffic locations such as the Canton Fair complex and Baiyun Airport. The support services aim to optimize the experience for foreign buyers through curated posters, videos, and informational guides.
The story-sharing session is also among the services. The session will feature two dynamic panel discussions, inviting global buyers, including a top 250 global retailer, a major U.S. purchaser, a VIP buyer, and a new participant from the UAE, as well as innovative Chinese exhibitors, including a Canton Fair Design (CF) Award winner, a service robot manufacturer, businesses driving rural revitalization, and a Guangdong-based company.
The event is expected to deliver heartfelt stories and profound insights into the transformative power of the Canton Fair. All Canton Fair participants are welcome to join the session.
