The Nanshan Yingge dance team from Puning, Jieyang, made a splendid appearance at the Spring Festival Caiqing parade in Honolulu's Chinatown, Hawaii, USA, on February 13, 2026.
Performing as the lead act in the parade, the Nanshan Yingge dance team joined forces with nine local green lion troupes. This U.S. premiere of Yingge dance brought the audience one delightful surprise after another.
The scene was packed with bustling crowds. Many visitors traveled specifically from cities across the U.S., including Seattle, New York, and Philadelphia, as well as from Guangzhou, China, to watch the performance. They were all immersed in the rich festive atmosphere of the Chinese New Year.
