LinKing, Dongguan's first operational One Person Company (OPC) community, has opened in the Binhaiwan Bay Area, providing affordable startup space for AI entrepreneurs and attracting more than 20 enterprises across emerging industries.
Mo Xiaoya, a young entrepreneur from Hong Kong, is LinKing's first cultural and creative partner. After comparing policies in areas such as Qianhai in Shenzhen, she finally chose Binhaiwan and founded Dongguan Dingyaxin Cultural Technology Co., Ltd., which focuses on AI cultural and creative design. To date, she has independently developed two cultural and creative IPs, enabling efficient management of projects as a solo entrepreneur.
Another resident enterprise, Xiaomodou Smart Agricultural Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd., is attempting to revitalize rural development through cultural creativity and digital technologies. The company has established four major business segments: cultural IP co-creation, digital ecological platform, smart supply chain and empowerment for agricultural entrepreneurs. The price of its salvia miltiorrhiza green-shell eggs produced in Zhongjiang, Sichuan, has tripled, from one to three yuan each thanks to brand storytelling, livestream marketing and blockchain-based traceability, with a total sales volume exceeding five million yuan.
Dongguan Xinian Technology Co., Ltd., founded by two post-2000s entrepreneurs in Dongguan, is developing an "AI-assisted Psychological Counseling System." The platform is scheduled to launch as a mini-program, aiming to lower the barrier to access and make psychological consultation more seamlessly integrated into daily life.
LinKing provides low-cost office space, one-stop finance and tax services, as well as cross-border co-creation opportunities backed by Dongguan's manufacturing ecosystem and AI capabilities. Binhaiwan, home to leading companies such as OPPO and vivo, has a strong technology ecosystem and transportation links that connect it to major Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area cities in less than an hour.
