The Zhanjiang Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese recently hosted a delegation from New Zealand led by Zhong Weiren and organized a business matchmaking activity focused on aquatic products trade cooperation.
Members of the delegation were engaged in aquatic products and agricultural trade as well as retail terminal operations. With extensive knowledge of both the Chinese and New Zealand markets, they expressed strong interest in cooperation on high-quality seafood supply chains, channel expansion, and brand promotion.
The delegation visited Zhanjiang's aquatic industry chain, covering breeding, processing, cold-chain logistics, and trade operations, and also looked into the city's agricultural import and export sector. Delegation members spoke highly of Zhanjiang's technological capabilities, industrial scale, and product quality in both the agricultural and aquatic sectors.
