In the first half of this year, Huicheng High-Tech Zone in Huizhou saw its number of industrial enterprises above the designated scale increase to 338, while the total industrial output value reached 29.851 billion yuan—a 17.3% year-on-year increase—both setting historic records.
The growth was further supported by strategic land development, with 1,268.8 mu (approximately 211.47 acres) of reserve acquisitions completed in the first half, positioning the zone among the city's top performers in the "Seven Billion-Yuan Industrial Parks" assessment and reinforcing its competitive standing.
According to He Haoyu, Director of the Huicheng High-Tech Zone Administrative Committee, the zone has formulated the Implementation Plan for Huicheng High-Tech Zone's 100-Billion-Yuan Output Target, laying the groundwork to propel the zone into the billion-yuan industrial echelon.
