Huizhou's foreign trade grows 7% in first 10 months of 2025

Huizhou's total import and export value reached 349.18 billion yuan in the first 10 months of 2025, up 7% year-on-year, according to customs statistics. Exports rose by 8.4% to 200.14 billion yuan during this period, while imports increased by 5.1% to 149.04 billion yuan.

Foreign-invested enterprises recorded imports and exports of 177.07 billion yuan, an increase of 11.2%, accounting for 50.7% of the total. Private enterprises saw their foreign trade grow by 10.5% to 164.42 billion yuan, representing 47.1% of the total.

The top five trading partners were Taiwan Province of China, ASEAN, the European Union, the United States, and Hong Kong. Their combined trade with Huizhou reached 197.49 billion yuan, accounting for 56.6% of the city's total. While trade with the U.S. declined, trade with the other four partners saw growth.

In terms of products, exports of electromechanical products increased by 8.9% to 153.57 billion yuan, accounting for 76.7% of the city's total exports. Imports of these products fell by 2.4% to 106.42 billion yuan, making up 71.4% of total imports.
