Huizhou Zhongkai Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone saw four companies included in the 2025 Fortune China 500 ranking released on July 22: TCL Technology, TCL Industries, Eve Energy, and Desay SV. Notably, Desay SV made its debut on the list.
The Fortune China 500 list employs the same methodology as the Fortune Global 500, encompassing both listed and non-listed companies.
The combined revenue of the 500 companies on this year's list reached $1.42 trillion in 2024, representing a decrease of approximately 2.7% compared to the previous year's cohort. Total net profit was $756.4 billion, an increase of about 7% year-on-year. The minimum revenue threshold for inclusion this year was approximately $3.62 billion, down roughly 3% from last year's threshold.
All four companies from Huizhou that made the list are based in the Zhongkai Hi-Tech Zone. TCL Technology, TCL Industries, Eve Energy, and Desay SV ranked 159th, 166th, 317th, and 474th, respectively.
TCL joined the Olympic TOP Program.
TCL Technology Group Co., Ltd., achieving the highest ranking among the Huizhou enterprises, reported revenue of RMB 164.8 billion in 2024. The company's semiconductor display business showed strong growth, with annual revenue of RMB 104.3 billion, reaching a record high. TCL Technology continues to make significant R&D investments, with innovations like printed OLED technology achieving mass production, positioning it for growth in multiple sectors. In 2025, TCL joined the Olympic TOP Program as one of the world's 12 premier global Olympic partners.
Desay SV entered the Fortune China 500 list for the first time.
It is worth highlighting that Huizhou Desay SV Automotive Co., Ltd., focusing on its three core areas – smart cockpits, intelligent driving, and connected services – entered the Fortune China 500 list for the first time. In 2024, Desay SV invested approximately RMB 2.192 billion in R&D, delivering highly integrated intelligent hardware platforms, advanced software algorithms, and breakthrough solutions tailored for the AI era.
