25th China International Hardware and Scissors Fair opens in Yangjiang with record overseas participation

The 25th China (Yangjiang) International Hardware and Scissors Fair opened in Yangjiang on October 20. The exhibition features 602 booths and brings together 266 hardware and scissors enterprises from China and abroad. Companies from outside Yangjiang account for more than 29 percent of exhibitors, while overseas participation has reached a record high.

The exhibition features four exhibition zones covering finished products, components and parts, raw materials and auxiliary materials, and intelligent manufacturing machinery, showcasing the entire industrial chain from upstream production to end products. Well-known domestic brands such as Shibazi, Wangmazi, Wiko, Inwin and Grand Harvest are on display. Hunan Santai, Yiren and ASSAB are exhibiting specialty steel products, while leading export-oriented enterprises such as Yangxing, Hongxuan and Shengda are making their debut in the brand exhibition zone.

The exhibition also showcases the application of intelligent manufacturing technologies in knife production, as well as AI applications in business processes such as customer acquisition, negotiations and contract signing.

For the first time, the expo has established an international exhibition zone, attracting six overseas companies, including Germany's Zapp, Switzerland's Alleima and Dumasteel, France's Eramet and Japan's T-AREA, which have brought high-end steel and kitchen knives to Yangjiang.

The organizing committee signed framework agreements for economic and trade cooperation with Guangdong business associations in Russia and Kyrgyzstan. It also inaugurated a comprehensive overseas services center for Yangjiang's hardware and scissors enterprises.
