Recently, a subsidiary of China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd. successfully acquired a premium residential plot in the Jinshan Lake area of Huicheng District, Huizhou City. Notably, on the same day of the land acquisition, Huicheng District organized a meeting to promote the "commence construction immediately after land acquisition" initiative, making the concept of "starting construction on the exact day of land acquisition" a reality.
It is reported that this year, Huicheng District has arranged 136 key construction projects (including 56 provincial and municipal key projects) with a total investment of approximately 75.142 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of about 14.063 billion yuan. From January to August, the 136 key projects in the district completed a cumulative investment of 11.07 billion yuan, achieving 78.72% of the annual investment target. Among these, 56 provincial and municipal key projects, with a total investment of 46.5 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 7.342 billion yuan, completed an investment of 6.254 billion yuan during the same period, reaching 85.18% of the annual investment plan.
