The world's first AI robot-operated retail service store—ROBOT MART—officially opened on November 15 at Zhongshan Joy Land Park.

Jointly launched by Guangdong Jinma Entertainment Corp., Ltd. and AI robotics company Astribot, the store occupies just seven square meters, making it easy to install in a variety of cultural and tourism venues.
Inside the store, the robot interacts seamlessly with customers and can independently perform a series of complex tasks, including greeting visitors, taking orders, scooping popcorn, picking up beverages, and handing products to customers.
A visitor shared that once an order was placed, the robot quickly delivered popcorn and drinks, and even offered a friendly greeting at the end.

According to the technical lead, this AI "store manager" is powered by a specially designed cable-driven mechanism, enabling precise and gentle movements. Its control system uses the DuoCore-WB embodied large model, allowing the robot to learn autonomously and operate effectively in real-world business scenarios.
