The affordable rental housing project in Lizhicheng, Huicheng High-tech District, Huizhou, has recently commenced construction and is expected to deliver 890 high-quality rental homes by the end of next year.
The project involves a total investment of approximately 630 million yuan, covering an area of 22,500 square meters with a floor-area ratio of 2.5. The total construction area will reach 78,800 square meters, and the project is scheduled for completion in December 2026. The development plans include 890 affordable rental units, featuring layouts such as studios and two-bedroom apartments, meticulously designed to meet the diverse housing needs of new urban residents, young people, and families. The unit designs prioritize human-centric concepts to create livable spaces, with integrated layouts combining the living room, dining area, kitchen, and balcony in various unit types, all fully furnished.
It will also include the planning and construction of supporting facilities, such as business hotels, dining and entertainment venues, and convenience stores, aiming to establish a "15-minute living circle."
