China unveils ChiNext reforms to bolster innovation and broaden listings

The fourth set of listing standards includes two sets of criteria. One requires an estimated market value of no less than 3 billion yuan ($439.3 million), revenue of at least 200 million yuan in the most recent year, and a compound annual revenue growth rate of no less than 30 percent over the past three years. 

The other requires a market value of at least 4 billion yuan, revenue of 200 million yuan in the latest year, and cumulative R&D investment of no less than 100 million yuan over the past three years, accounting for at least 15 percent of total revenue. More→
