The third phase of the 138th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) will be held in Guangzhou from October 31 to November 4. To ensure seamless travel for exhibitors and buyers, the city's transport authorities have coordinated an extensive range of options, including metro, bus, taxi, ride-hailing, and dedicated shuttles. Among these, one standout service has attracted the attention of many foreign participants.

During the first two phases of the Fair, 34 Argentine delegates from 20 companies stayed at the White Swan Hotel and traveled to the Canton Fair Complex via the hotel's complimentary ferry service.

This thoughtful arrangement offers guests a unique and relaxing way to reach the Fair. The ferry runs twice daily, with a 45-minute journey each way—bypassing road congestion while providing passengers with scenic views of the Pearl River. A Western-style buffet breakfast is served on the morning trip, while the 5:40 p.m. return voyage transforms the commute into a tranquil evening experience.

To further enhance the guest experience, the White Swan Hotel hosted a welcome reception on the Fair's opening day, featuring a drone light show in its riverside garden. More than 200 international guests were welcomed with a fusion of Eastern and Western music and hospitality as 500 drones illuminated the Pearl River night sky.

The hotel has also focused on integrating cultural and tourism services. Bilingual materials such as Canton Fair Information, INFO Guangdong—the province's information platform, and Guangdong Facts—the 2025 provincial handbook, were placed in key areas like registration zones. These resources have made it easier for guests to access local information, improving both registration efficiency and the overall visitor experience.
