On February 2, the Dongguan Urban Air Traffic Network Launch Conference was held at the Dongguan Yingbin Hotel, south China's Guangdong Province. At the Songshan Lake sub-venue, the Uland take-off and landing site was put into operation. The helicopter manned low-altitude routes and related cultural tourism experience projects were officially announced.
This move signifies that Dongguan and Songshan Lake have jointly integrated into the air traffic network of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, and Songshan Lake has achieved a key breakthrough in the integrated development of the low-altitude economy and cultural tourism industry.

As one of the first batch of low-altitude take-off and landing sites put into use in Dongguan, the Uland site will play an important role in constructing an air corridor and expanding cultural tourism experience options. Currently, Songshan Lake has planned two core low-altitude routes. One focuses on a lake-circling tour of the Songshan Lake Scenic Area, while the other connects the characteristic scenic spots of nine surrounding towns. In the future, Songshan Lake will also explore high-end customized luxury wilderness routes, linking to well-known scenic spots in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and other areas.

Additionally, Dongguan has launched low-altitude consumption vouchers. With a financial investment of over one million yuan, starting from February to June, various types of consumption vouchers—including commuting experience vouchers, cultural tourism experience vouchers, and cultural tourism discount vouchers—will be issued in batches around major holidays such as the Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, and May Day.

During this Spring Festival, residents and tourists are welcomed to the Uland take-off and landing site in Songshan Lake for special helicopter trial ride experiences and to discover a brand-new cultural tourism experience.

In the future, Songshan Lake will promote the construction of more low-altitude cultural tourism application scenarios, improve supporting infrastructure, create a replicable low-altitude cultural tourism experience model, and provide practical experience for the high-quality development of Dongguan's low-altitude economy.
