A direct flight between Zhanjiang, Guangdong and Nha Trang, Vietnam will be launched starting April 30. Operated by Vietjet Air, the route takes about two hours, offering a fast and convenient link between the two destinations.

Zhanjiang is known for its coastal landscapes and cultural heritage, attracting a growing number of international visitors. Highlights include the Huguangyan Global Geopark (雷琼世界地质公园湖光岩), Naozhou Island (硇洲岛)—China's largest volcanic island, and Nanji Village (南极村)—the southernmost tip of the Chinese mainland. The city also features cultural and urban landmarks such as the arcade-style buildings of Chikan Old Street (赤坎老街), and the Jinshawan Coastai Tourist Resort (金沙湾滨海休闲区).

The new route is expected to boost tourism and strengthen economic and cultural ties between Guangdong and Vietnam, while opening new doors for regional exchange and cooperation.
