As a key industry player, PCI Technology Group demonstrated its intelligent urban rail solutions. Its advancements in communication systems have reduced rail equipment costs by 35% and saved 60% of cabinet space, contributing to greener metro operations. Intelligent robots developed in partnership with GAC have already been deployed at metro stations during the 15th National Games, attracting many visitors.
Emily Chen, Chairman and Executive President of PCI, stated that the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) is a premier test field, especially as Guangzhou embodies one of the world's most advanced and complex rail networks. "Many of our innovations were refined by serving the Guangzhou Metro before being rolled out nationwide and now worldwide," she said.

The GBA's strong manufacturing base, complete supply chain, and policy and location advantages enable enterprises to connect more efficiently with top global technology partners and market resources.
"Recently, we established a joint venture on rail transit signal systems with Siemens and GIIHG, further expanding international cooperation," the company added.
Guangzhou's rail transit industry scale has surpassed 270 billion yuan, with more than 900 enterprises, exporting technology to 20 countries and regions. By 2027, the industry is expected to reach 350 billion yuan.
As the organizer of the expo, Guangzhou Metro operates more than 1,200 kilometers of rail lines, serving nearly 10 million passengers per day.

Swifton OS, a flagship of China's smart rail transit and a featured component of the China Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, was also showcased at the event. Developed jointly by Guangzhou Metro and Tencent, the intelligent rail transit operating system continues to evolve, enabling one-code travel, one-click station control, and further connectivity with national railways, bus networks, and even drone systems.
In the outdoor exhibition area, the Green Smart Metro Train drew large crowds. Co-developed by Guangzhou Metro and CRRC, the train features folding seats for greater passenger capacity, smart window screens, smart air supply, and other innovations.
Currently, Guangzhou Metro provides technical, operational, and management expertise to partners across Asia, Europe, Africa, and South America, covering 20 countries and regions.
