Typhoon Fung-wong, the 26th typhoon of the year, is expected to move into the central South China Sea on November 10 and is forecast to turn northeastward starting on the night of November 11. Coastal areas of Guangdong will experience winds of force 6-8, with gusts reaching force 9-10.

To ensure travel safety, several high-speed rail services, including the Hangzhou-Shenzhen, Nanning-Guangzhou, Ningbo-Guangzhou, Ganzhou-Shenzhen, Jiangmen-Zhanjiang, Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong, and Guangzhou-Shenzhen intercity lines, will suspend some train operations on November 11.
Passengers who receive suspension notifications via SMS or the 12306 website (or app) can apply for a full refund within 30 days (including the day of departure) through the 12306 platform or at railway station ticket counters. No refund fees will be charged.
