Major Chinese carriers — Air China, China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, and Shenzhen Airlines — have issued special ticketing policies for flights to Middle Eastern destinations, following the closure of airspace by several nations in the region after U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran. For tickets involving unused travel segments between Feb. 28 and March 15, and issued or reissued on or before 8 p.m. Feb. 28, passengers are eligible for fee-free refunds prior to departure. It is important to note that passengers who cancel their trips after the scheduled departure time, as well as those who canceled prior to the announcement, are not eligible for these provisions. Travelers are advised to consult official airline notices for further details
