This recognition comes from an authoritative evaluation by Zhejiang University's CARD China Agricultural Brand Research Center, which assesses brand influence based on market reputation and consumer recognition.
As the exclusive origin of Huajuhong, Maoming's Huazhou has earned triple national accreditation, including GI product status (2006), a state-level modern agricultural park designation (2024), and Guangdong's first "China Climate-Qualified Product" certification, reflecting its unique ecological advantages.
The industry now spans over 8,667 hectares, with an annual output value of RMB 11.5 billion (2024), supporting 350,000 local jobs across more than 1,500 enterprises.
Local authorities highlight Huajuhong as a model for rural revitalization, demonstrating how traditional agricultural products can achieve premium market positioning through quality certification and effective branding strategies.
