Coinciding with China Tourism Day on May 19, Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun Airport and Hilton Garden Inn Guangzhou Baiyun Airport officially opened at the core transport hub of Terminal 3 at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, offering travelers passing through Guangzhou two new accommodation options.

Directly connected to Terminal 3, the two hotels are designed to offer convenient stays for international travelers, business guests, families and transit passengers. Guests can walk between the hotels and the terminal, while complimentary shuttle bus services are also available to Terminal 2. The opening also comes as Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport advances a major operational adjustment, with all 11 airlines previously operating from Terminal 1 relocated to Terminal 3 starting May 7.
Benefiting from Baiyun Airport's integrated "high-speed rail + intercity rail + metro" transport network, the hotels provide easy access to major destinations across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Travelers can take the East Ring Intercity Railway directly to Pazhou Station, near the Canton Fair Complex, while Foshan, Dongguan and Huizhou are also within convenient reach. Downtown Guangzhou is about 40 kilometers away.

The hotel has 242 guest rooms and suites, with selected rooms also offering runway views. In another hospitality development in the Greater Bay Area, Gaoming District in Foshan recently signed an agreement with Hilton Group to upgrade and renovate its landmark riverside hotel along the Xijiang River.

Designed around the concept of "fish leaping in the Xijiang River", the building is a well-known local landmark and was previously named one of China's "Top 10 Iconic Buildings".
The hotel has already begun renovations and is expected to reopen around October this year under one of Hilton's high-end brands. Following the upgrade, the property will undergo a comprehensive transformation in facilities, services, management and brand experience to better serve both business and leisure travelers, reshaping Gaoming's new benchmark for urban hospitality.
