The Vision and Color (VAC) Music Festival will return to the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin this April, with organizers confirming a two-day event at Chimelong International Ocean Resort from April 18 to 19.
Tickets are scheduled to go on sale in mid-March for the fourth edition of the festival in Hengqin following previous events in the area.
This year's edition will focus on the fusion of traditional Chinese cultural elements with contemporary electronic music. Three themed stages, each inspired by local cultural imagery, will host performances across a range of electronic genres.
The line-up includes more than 30 international acts. Among those confirmed are Norwegian producer Kygo, house music figure John Summit, Belgian techno artist Charlotte de Witte, who is ranked among the world's top DJs, and genre-blending musician Porter Robinson.
Organizers say large-scale nightly fireworks displays will accompany the performances, combining visual production with live sets to enhance the festival experience.
Launched in 2018, VAC has expanded to several Chinese cities including Wuhan, Haikou, and Hefei. It has since developed into one of China's leading electronic music festival brands and was listed among the world's top 100 festivals in 2025, the only Chinese event to make the ranking.
