The red peach cake (hongtaoguo) is a traditional delicacy from the Chaoshan region in eastern Guangdong, easily recognized by its vibrant red color and peach-like shape. It is typically enjoyed during Chinese New Year and other festive occasions as a symbol of luck and longevity.
