Recently, the 9th National Youth UAV Competition concluded in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality. This year's event set a new record in scale, attracting nearly 17,000 participants from about 6,000 schools across 32 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, as well as Hong Kong and Macao. The UAV team of Guangdong's Maoming Tianjiabing High School won one national first prize, one second prize, and three third prizes.
Li Fengze won the national first prize and the second place in the "Aerial Reconnaissance Competition (First-Person View)," while Liang Yu received a third prize. Yang Quanwei and Wu Jianda secured a national second prize in the team event, and the duo of Li Fengze and Liang Yu earned a team third prize. Additionally, Wu Jianda received a national third prize in the "Simulated Emergency Landing Challenge."
It is reported that the National Youth UAV Competition has become a significant brand in youth science and technology education across China, with total participation exceeding 60,000 students, and its influence continues to grow.
