On August 13, the 2025 Guangdong Youth Tennis Championships, which also serves as the Tennis Test Event for China's 15th National Games, held in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, awarded its first gold medal. The Shenzhen team won the Group A women's team gold medal with a 2-0 victory over Dongguan.
The finals of the team events began on the fourth day, with the public invited to watch for free at the Hengqin International Tennis Center.
Shenzhen has reached all eight finals, aiming for a clean sweep, while Guangzhou presents its biggest challenge with spots in multiple finals. Dongguan and Qingyuan have also secured final seats in two events, respectively.
Spectators can register and collect tickets at the information point at Gate 3 of the venue, then follow instructions to enter and watch the matches. Due to traffic controls around the venue, visitors are advised to use public transport; drivers can find parking through the “Hengqin Travel (横琴出行)” mini-program.
