The first batch of tickets for the 15th National Games of China and the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities & the 9th National Special Olympics Games (hereinafter referred to as the 15th National Games and Para & Special Olympics) will be available to the public starting at 10:00 AM on August 28, 2025.
Domestic and international audiences can purchase tickets via:
1. Official ticketing websites (begins at 10:00 AM, August 28)
2. WeChat mini-programs (begins at 10:00 AM, August 28)
3. Offline service outlets (begins at 10:00 AM, August 28)
4. Online authorized reseller channels (begins at 10:00 AM, August 31)
5. Offline venue box offices (begin selling tickets two days prior to each event)
Also, official travel agency partners will offer bundled tour packages to enhance the spectator experience.
Approximately 700,000 tickets will be released in this round of sales, covering 17 events held across Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shantou, Meizhou, Huizhou, Zhaoqing, Yunfu, and Hong Kong competition zones. These events include:

3. Does the ticket design match the venue?
The venue image on the left side of the ticket is generic. Always refer to the printed event/venue details on the right.
4. Rules for children
Children aged 2+ require a ticket and must be accompanied by an adult. Those under 2 may enter free with a valid ID (e.g., household register) but must share a seat with one accompanying adult. Only one free child per adult is allowed.
5. How to receive tickets?
· E-tickets: Use valid ID + e-ticket for entry.
· Online Purchase of Paper tickets: Choose mail delivery during online purchase.
Specific arrangements for each competition zone are as follows:
· Guangdong: 30 offline service points or venue box offices (open 2 days pre-event) for purchase/e-to-paper conversion (Guangdong events only).
· Hong Kong: 11 offline service points or venue box offices for purchase/conversion (HK events only).
· Macao: Offline sales details for Macao events will be announced later.
6. How to track mailed paper tickets?
Check order status on the official ticketing website/mini-program or track via mail company with the tracking number provided.
7. Why are some events selling limited tickets?
Events like Football U16 (Meizhou Wuhua), Modern Pentathlon (Huangcun Training Center), and Shooting (Guangdong Shooting Range) have limited seating. Consider alternative events for better availability.
8. Purchase limits
High-demand events: 3 tickets per order.
Regular events: 6 tickets per order.
Each valid ID may only purchase one ticket per session.
9. Payment methods
Official ticketing websites accept RMB via Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, Digital RMB, and Visa/Mastercard.
WeChat mini-programs accept RMB via WeChat Pay.
Offline purchases in Guangdong/HK/Macao accept local currency.
10. Ticket transfer rules
E-tickets can be transferred once, 24 hours before the event.
For HK paper tickets: the ticket can be transferred with a real ID 7 days pre-event.
Paper tickets in Guangdong/Macao are non-transferable.
11. Refunds/exchanges
Refunds are available for canceled or suspended events. Rescheduled events honor original tickets. For refunds/exchanges based on personal reasons, please contact the ticketing call center for consideration.
12. Entry verification
A strict real-name policy applies. Bring both the valid ID used for purchase and the ticket (electronic or paper) for entry.
