100-day countdown ceremony for China's 15th National Games held in Shenzhen

On August 2, an event marking the 100-day countdown to the opening of China's 15th National Games was held in South China's Shenzhen.

At the event, the official ceremonial dress, award music, medals from the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympics Games, as well as the torches for both Games, were officially unveiled.

The event also highlighted key symbols of the Games, including the emblem, mascots, and medals. Guests on site were presented with a video illustrating the evolution of the emblem, featuring a blend of particles and petals in three colors, alongside landmarks from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, underscoring the theme of regional integration.

Detailed videos showcasing the emblem, peony motifs, mascots, and the 66-line pattern offered audiences a deeper insight into the creative concept behind the Games' medals.

The event also featured a sci-tech and art experience zone and a photo exhibition, allowing the public to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the upcoming National Games.

China's 15th National Games, 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities, and 9th National Special Olympics Games, jointly hosted by Guangdong Province, Hong Kong SAR, and Macao SAR, will be held from November 9 to 21 and from December 8 to 15 this year, respectively.
