The 2026 Guangdong City Football Super League, a provincial football competition featuring amateur players from across Guangdong, is set to kick off on April 25, offering a spectacular football feast for sports fans.

The competitions will be held in various cities across Guangdong in the coming months. The opening match is scheduled for April 25 at Yuexiu Stadium in Guangzhou, where the host team will face off against Jiangmen.

Running through October and coinciding with several holidays in China, including the International Labor Day holiday (May 1–5), and the Dragon Boat Festival holiday (June 19–21), the season promises sports enthusiasts perfect weekend and holiday activities to unwind.

The Guangdong City Football Super League is Guangdong's most inclusive provincial amateur football event. Athletes come from a wide range of backgrounds, including students, teachers, programmers, firefighters, restaurant owners, and mechanics. The 2026 edition will bring together players from 21 city teams across Guangdong, competing in 123 matches, from the regular season to the playoffs and finals.
Ticket reservations for the first round of matches will officially open to the public at 10:00 a.m. on April 15. Foreign nationals are also eligible to purchase tickets by verifying their identity with a passport. Ticket price for the regular season is set at 8.8 yuan (about US$1.20).

Step 2: The reservation channel officially opened at 10:00 a.m. on April 15. Enter the homepage of the mini program, select the match you wish to watch, review, and submit your ticket purchase information. Each account can apply for lottery tickets for up to 6 real-name registered spectators per match.
Step 3: The reservation deadline for the first round of matches is 10:00 a.m. on April 23. At 12:00 noon on the same day, an open and notarized lottery will be held for the successfully reserved spectators. Winning results will be sent to users' mobile phones via the mini program and text messages in the first place, and the ticket information will be automatically stored in your "Ticket Wallet". For partners who participate in the lottery together, tickets will be uniformly displayed in the account of the person who placed the order. Users who are not selected will receive a full refund through the original payment channel.
