Russian Moscow Ballet returns to Shenzhen with "Swan Lake"

With its beautiful score by Tchaikovsky, an intriguing plot, and choreography refined by generations of choreographers, "Swan Lake" remains one of the most beloved ballet productions of all time.

Six months after its well-received performance of this ballet classic in Shenzhen this June, the Russian Moscow Ballet will return to the city in January 2026, offering Shenzhen audiences another opportunity to experience this timeless masterpiece.

The Russian Moscow Ballet is composed of exceptional ballet dancers, all graduates of prestigious ballet schools, including the Bolshoi Ballet Academy and the Vaganova Ballet Academy.

Under the leadership of its artistic director Mikhail Mikhailov, the company stages more than 150 performances annually in its home country and has collaborated with renowned theaters such as the Bolshoi Theater and the Mariinsky Theater. Its repertoire include "Giselle," "Swan Lake," "The Nutcracker," "Romeo and Juliet," and "Don Quixote," and more.
