Reservation channel
Access the reservation channel by clicking the "Hengqin Cultural Sports Access" WeChat Mini-Program (search "Hengqin Cultural Sports Access" in the WeChat mini-program search bar) to book your tickets.
1. Select your preferred viewing date and zone (Standing Area A, Standing Area B, or Mat Area C), fill in your personal information accurately, and complete the reservation.
2. Each account can reserve tickets for a maximum of 5 people per order.
3. Entry is granted upon presentation of the reservation QR code and the corresponding original ID document. Please watch the performance from the zone specified on your ticket; switching between different zones is not permitted.
4. Each successfully registered adult may bring one child for admission. Entry is not recommended for infants and children under 6 years old to prevent potential hearing damage. Special populations require accompaniment by a guardian.
The Civil Affairs Bureau of the Cooperation Zone implements a reservation blacklist within the "Hengqin Cultural Sports Access" WeChat Mini-Program. If a user accumulates three instances of failing to check in at the venue after making a reservation or failing to cancel the reservation in advance, they will be added to the blacklist. Subsequently, they will be unable to make reservations for various public-benefit cultural activities organized by the Civil Affairs Bureau of the Cooperation Zone.
