Xiadong Natural Forest Oxygen Resort in Fengyang Town, Lianzhou, Qingyuan has been officially approved as a National AAA-Level Tourist Attraction on January 15.

Nestled in Xiadong Village, a designated ecological and characteristic village in Qingyuan, the resort is easily accessible via National Highway G537 and complements the nearby renowned National 5A-Level attraction, Lianzhou Underground River.
Blending natural ecology and cultural craftsmanship, the resort offers six distinctive seasonal landscapes, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in poetic scenery all year round, from vibrant peach blossoms in spring to snow-covered fairy-tale winters.
Highlights include the bamboo forest park, where stone paintings of animals add charm to serene pathways, and 10 cozy wooden villas currently in operation. Expansion plans are underway to develop a graded lodging system connected by adventure trails, integrating experiences such as ice viewing, snow appreciation, sunrise vistas, and a sea of clouds.

The resort also features a well-equipped wild camping and barbecue area by the water, which hosted 285 families and over 3,700 visitors in 2025. In spring and summer, guests can enjoy blooming peach flowers and pick fresh eagle-beak peaches.
In winter, the resort transforms into a snowy wonderland.

Boasting about 666.7 hectares of bamboo forest, summer temperatures average just 26.3°C, and the air's negative oxygen ion concentration reaches 3,800/cm³. A 3.6-kilometer waterfront trail retains 92% of its native vegetation, with 12 ecological nodes for leisure and play.
The resort provides a full range of services covering dining, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment. Activities include cycling along greenways and tasting local delicacies, such as Fengyang beef jerky.
