The 2025 Global Artificial Intelligence Machines and Electronics Expo (AIE) is set to kick off simultaneously in Macao and Guangdong's coastal city of Zhuhai from December 4 to 6, aiming to showcase the technological achievements of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) to the world.
The expo will present China's latest technological advancements in artificial intelligence, digital twins, smart equipment, intelligent transportation, and smart audio-visual technology through one opening ceremony and keynote forum, one industry white paper release event, exhibitions across six themed pavilions (with three themed pavilions each in Macao and Zhuhai), and multiple supporting activities.

AIE press conference is held in the capital city, Guangzhou, on Nov. 25.
Leading Chinese companies will showcase the latest technologies in trending fields such as drones, industrial robotics, smart wearables, intelligent furniture, and smart vehicles.
Attendees can also look forward to industry forums, global product launches, and over 50 face-to-face business matchmaking sessions that align demand with supply.
So far, 346 buyers and 2,233 professional visitors from more than 20 countries and regions—including Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States—have completed registration.
Notable participants include global retail giants like Amazon, international manufacturing leaders such as Intel, and cross-border business associations like the UK Chinese Business Association and the American Chamber of Commerce in China.
Zhuhai, situated in southern Guangdong, is regarded as a twin city of Macao due to its proximity. The collaboration between the two cities is a key aspect of the Greater Bay Area's overall connectivity. The dual-city partnership between Macao and Zhuhai is also expected to be a highlight of this year's expo.
