From October 1 to 3 (4 p.m.-9 p.m.), the 2025 Hengqin-Macao Family Feast will be held at Hengqin Rowing Park, inviting residents of Hengqin and Macao to gather for a reunion.
In 2024, the Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin hosted the first Hengqin-Macao Family Feast, which has since become a signature event of Hengqin.
During the event, visitors can write blessings on a themed wall, record their voices in a phone booth, create graffiti on an interactive wall, and scan codes to take home personalized audio postcards.
Seven large inflatable art installations, co-designed by Hengqin and Macao designers and featuring elements like Macao's original IP "Ho Sio Chong" and landmarks from both Hengqin and Macao, will be on display. These installations will provide photo spots where participants can check in and win gifts. Guests can also join sports challenges inspired by the 15th National Games to collect stamps and exchange them for souvenirs. Additionally, there will be choir and band performances, Hanfu parades, magic shows, clown acts, and mascot interactions.
Every evening from 8 p.m. to 8:15 p.m., more than 700 drones will light up the sky, forming landmarks and the Mid-Autumn Festival full moon.
To celebrate the 4th anniversary of the Cooperation Zone, three exclusive gifts will be offered to participants on-site: a custom fridge magnet, a 3D paper-carved sticky note set, and a camping blanket. By collecting a check-in booklet at the service center and completing check-ins or stamp challenges, visitors will have the chance to win these souvenirs.
