The 15th National Games is just around the corner, and Guangzhou is buzzing with excitement in anticipation of the major sports event.
As one of the 12 pilot international neighborhoods in the city, Guangzhou Sunac Resort International Neighborhood is ready to welcome guests from all over the world with excellent international service supported by the Huacheng Subdistrict Foreign Language Volunteer Service Team.
This Sunday( November 2), join us for the colorful event—"Bin-Fun Huacheng: Together for 15th National Games" and Promotion Event for Huacheng Subdistrict Foreign Language Volunteer Service Team.
The event will also feature vibrant cultural performances blending Chinese and Western styles, including Medley of popular Western songs and African Drum performances. Both local and international residents will share the stage for a spectacular show. In addition, an interactive carnival with four activity booths will offer fun for everyone!

Guangzhou Sunac Resort International Neighborhood
Guangzhou Sunac Resort in Huadu District is an important cultural, business, and tourism complex in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and one of the 12 pilot international neighborhoods launched by the Foreign Affairs Office of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee. Drawing on its rich and distinctive local resources in transportation, healthcare, education, culture, and tourism, Huacheng Subdistrict in Huadu District is actively accelerating the aggregation of high-end international resources. The subdistrict has established Huadu's first "International Community Service Station" and tailored the international community service program "Enjoying and Creating the Future Together." Through these initiatives, it strives to build an international neighborhood within Sunac Resort that embodies the unique features of Huadu as a well-equipped, resource-rich, open, inclusive, harmonious, and livable district.
Meanwhile, Huacheng Subdistrict has established the district's first Huacheng Subdistrict Foreign Language Volunteer Service Team and introduced an innovative social governance model centered on the concept of "One Specialty, Four Skills." The concept refers to having one area of expertise in foreign languages, along with the ability to communicate effectively, promote policies, explain the law, and mediate conflicts. This approach has effectively addressed challenges in international community management and services, paving a new path for foreign affairs governance with Huacheng characteristics at the primary level.
