Experience a one-stop light vacation in Foshan's Shunde! On September 9, Longsheng·Yuehu Resort, Shunde's first demonstration project of agriculture-culture-tourism integration with point-based land supply, broke ground in Longjiang Town, Shunde District, Foshan City.
Shunde explores Point-Based Land Supply to address land use challenges
The first phase of the project has a total investment of 150 million yuan and covers an area of approximately 328 mu (about 21.87 hectares), of which 29.05 mu (about 1.94 hectares) is designated for point-based construction.
The project will incorporate elements of traditional Lingnan lion dance.
Adhering to the concept of "ecological protection + cultural inheritance + experience innovation," Longsheng·Yuehu Resort will use the water town and mulberry fishpond (a traditional Chinese agricultural system) as its ecological foundation. Integrating four distinctive experience categories—folk intangible cultural heritage (ICH) popularization, composite farming and breeding, agricultural experience, and high-end wild luxury accommodation—it aims to create a one-stop high-end light vacation destination.

The project follows the flexible principle of "converting and supplying land based on actual construction needs," which addresses the issues of scattered land and the limitations of traditional land supply models. It achieves intensive and efficient land use while enhancing land value.
