Adora Flora City will make its maiden voyage from Guangzhou at the end of next year

From November 7 to 12, Adora Cruises held a talent recruitment fair in Guangzhou, with plans to recruit 1,500 crew members over the next six months in preparation for the maiden voyage of the Adora Flora City, China's second domestically built large cruise ship. The recruitment fair's promotional event attracted over 400 students.

In addition to the Adora Flora City, Adora Cruises also has the Adora Mediterranea, which was stationed in Shenzhen in September 2025, and the Adora Magic City, which will be deployed in Shenzhen as its home port in August 2026. Meanwhile, the Piano Land of Astro Ocean Cruise has started its year-round operation with Hong Kong as its home port. With so many cruise ships gathering in the Greater Bay Area, Adora Cruises stated that the company will actively promote the establishment of the Greater Bay Area Cruise Industry Integration and Development Alliance, aiming to create a new framework for the cruise industry involving the three ports of Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong.

On November 8, Adora Cruises and Astro Ocean Cruise jointly held a supplier conference in Guangzhou, inviting over a hundred enterprises to attend. Adora Cruises also announced that during the Guangzhou cruise season, from December 2025 to March 2026, the Adora Mediterranea will launch the "Intangible Cultural Heritage on the Waves" themed activities, inviting inheritors of intangible cultural heritages such as Wing Chun, Cantonese Opera, and Guangdong music to perform on board.
