The Sea World in Shenzhen's Nanshan district hosted the 2025 Argentina Cultural Festival on November 21-23. The festival offered a vibrant South American experience, featuring tango, football, and Argentine cuisine.

The opening ceremony was attended by Argentine Consul General in Guangzhou María De Los Angeles Arrieta and Commercial Consul Ana Baqueriza, along with Shenzhen officials and business representatives.

Over three days, the festival immersed visitors in Argentine culture. Tango schools from local cities provided introductory lessons, while Argentine Malambo champion Lucas El Moro led traditional dance sessions. A freestyle football champion performed impressive tricks, and a drone football zone drew large crowds. A specialty market attracted visitors with Argentine barbecue, mate tea, and mulled wine.

More than just a cultural showcase, the festival served as a bridge for China-Argentina exchanges, fostering mutual understanding and creating opportunities for trade and cultural cooperation.
