Leveraging their strategic positions in the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, Binhaiwan and Nansha will work to attract major technology innovation platforms and industrial projects. They plan to accelerate the development of key initiatives, including the Nansha Science City, the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Mingzhu Science Park, and the Binhaiwan University Technology Park. The regions aim to jointly secure national and provincial support for significant scientific infrastructure and interdisciplinary research projects, thereby enhancing the concentration of high-end innovation resources.

The partnership will focus on leading industries such as AI, smart vehicles, new energy solutions, and biomedicine. Both regions will foster collaboration among their industrial parks for project incubation, enterprise development, and talent attraction. They also intend to host academic forums and roundtables to stimulate research and innovation.

On the infrastructure front, the agreement includes plans to align transportation projects, particularly in rail and port development. Key initiatives involve expediting the Shenzhen-Jiangmen Railway, coordinating shipping routes between Dongguan's new port and Nansha's terminals, and extending Guangzhou's Metro Line 22 to Binhaiwan Station.

Additionally, they will promote inter-school exchanges and cooperation, share educational resources, and provide teacher training through digital platforms, expanding access to quality services in education and healthcare.
